TAKE CARE OF YOUR ESSENCE AND YOUR HEALTH
In the next two weeks, we are entering the powerful influence of two important celestial events: the Spring Equinox on March 19th as well as the full moon and lunar eclipse on March 24th/25th. Both events give you a tremendous push forward into the unknown, into an exciting future in front of you.
The first lesson to welcome into your life right now is about letting go and detachment. You have to keep going, no matter how painful it is to see your career, relationships, alliances or circumstances change or dissolve. Something else will replace the old structures, allowing you to rebuild yourself with more alignment and integrity with who you are now.
The second new energy is about coming back to your essence, what is truly essential to you personally. You may feel like reconnecting with your spiritual path stronger than before, and reserve time to meditate and get centered every day.
The third energy is an increase in your prana or life force, which stimulates your ability to create and manifest things. It is about manifesting and beautifying things through your hands. This is the time to express your natural talents in arts and crafts, and let yourself be inspired through Divine light.
The fourth energy manifests as a strong desire to get back into shape, with more discipline regarding your exercise routine, your diet, and other healthy habits.
For astrology lovers only: in Vedic astrology, the eclipse of March 24th activates the Virgo/Pisces axis of health and spirituality.
