FIND THE DAY OF THE MOON’S CYCLE
Before you begin the daily practice, you’ll need to know the day of the moon’s cycle. You can do this easily by going to the Week Ahead page and scrolling down to the Moon Cycle: Daily Start & End Times list.
There you will find the exact lunar day for where you are on earth and what time of day it is. Please note that all times are Pacific.
Once you determine the current day, do the 15-minute practice for that day. Remember, you can always do a longer practice if time allows.
