The Power of Compassion 12/09/2023

compassion

After meditating on forgiveness and gratitude last month, it is time to contemplate a third, most important quality of the heart: compassion. Compassion is defined as the feeling that arises when you are confronted with another’s suffering and feel motivated to relieve that suffering.

This is a state in which you are consciously willing to walk in the shoes of another person and feel their pain, without judging or criticizing them. Compassion literally means “to suffer together.”

As humanity enters a new era, which starts by a period of transition and chaos, we individually need to make a choice to live our life in the Iron Age of fear, conflicts, and war, or to rise to a new frequency, a Golden Age vibration beyond pain and suffering.

In our present reality, this is not an easy question and answer. You may be seeking spiritual development and inner peace but at the same time, be tremendously distraught by upsetting world news that affects your day and your emotional state.

So, what is the meaning of compassion in the Golden Age, as you try to reconcile your desire to evolve with staying in touch with what humanity is going through globally?

In this session you will experience a meditation that gives you the key to real compassion, a compassion that doesn’t leaves you sad and powerless, but that, on the contrary, becomes your life’s mission to support your own heart, your family, and the planet.
